The Retail Exchange had a bold vision: become a leading voice in the world of business podcasts.

The name derives from a simple premise—the desire to share inspiring discussion and stories with global listeners, who have an interest in retail. Clear and informative yet entertaining and lively—talking retail like never before.

Engaging respected business broadcasters to front interviews and debate, its voice continues to cut through clichés.

Reflecting its commitment to quality content output and position the brand as the industry’s leading podcast platform, we have worked to secure some of the biggest names in the industry as guests, as well as managing all aspects of recordings, post-production, promotion and partnerships.

The podcast established its position as credible voice—sharing the stories and personalities behind familiar and emerging brands with a global audience.

Multiple editorial formats were developed, enabling the team to fully reflect the podcast’s varied content. From panel discussions to special event roundup episodes and The Interview Series—featuring in-depth interviews with inspirational people.

To date, the show has gone on to record +100 episodes, recording in over 12 cities around the world.

Our challenge was to bring focus to editorial direction, secure heavyweight guests, and create compelling podcast episodes that would get retail talking.
