We’ve spent 20 years listening deeply and collaborating closely: asking questions, thinking, crafting, making, and allowing creativity to unfold. Our best work happens when we’re curious, playful, and above all purposeful.

Our founder Marc's early years were shaped by a mentor who taught him to be 'visibly different' – think sideways, challenge convention, do the unexpected.

Then came the corporate agency world. Conformity over craft. Compromise over conviction. So, he left. Building TYDE on those early principles. Not rebellion for its own sake. But because the work demands it. Because ‘good’ should never be good enough.
